1. Acceptance of Arcade Rules

By participating in any arcade games, interactive challenges, lucky wheels, jigsaw puzzles, or trivia contests on Merri's Grills digital platforms, you acknowledge and agree to comply strictly with these Fair Play Terms and Conditions alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these rules, you must refrain from playing.

2. Reservation of Rights to Alter Games and Mechanics

Merri's Grills reserves the absolute unilateral right to update, alter, suspend, discontinue, or redesign any game, prize wheel segment, scoring threshold, bonus multiplier, or reward structure at any time without prior notice. The availability of any game or reward tier is not guaranteed and may be adjusted to maintain fairness and platform integrity.

3. Strict Fair Play & Anti Tampering Policy

All games are designed for honest recreational engagement by genuine diners. Any attempt to artificially gain points, tamper with game logic, or compromise the system is strictly prohibited. Prohibited actions include, without limitation:

• Using automated scripts, bots, autoclickers, or emulators to complete games.
• Manipulating HTTP network requests, headers, CSRF tokens, or payload data sent to game scoring endpoints.
• Exploiting system bugs, software glitches, timing delays, or browser vulnerabilities to inflate points or trigger unintended rewards.
• Registering multiple fraudulent accounts to bypass daily spin limits or harvest welcome vouchers.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with client side scripts to bypass cooldown timers or game rules.

4. Point Deduction & Revocation Rights

Merri's Grills actively monitors game telemetry, score patterns, completion times, and reward claims. In any instance where Merri's Grills detects or reasonably suspects irregularities, fraudulent activity, unauthorized automation, or vulnerability exploitation:

• Merri's Grills reserves the full and unrestricted right to deduct, withhold, nullify, or completely revoke any points earned or claimed.
• Any discount vouchers, promotional credits, or special access generated from questioned game activity will be cancelled immediately without refund or restitution.
• Points deductions may occur retroactively following automated or manual security audits.

5. Immediate Revocation of Membership

Users found attempting to compromise, probe, or abuse the arcade infrastructure or game reward logic face immediate account suspension and permanent revocation of their Grill Club membership. All accumulated points, tier rankings, saved delivery addresses, and pending benefits will be permanently forfeited. Merri's Grills reserves the right to refuse service and report malicious hacking attempts to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Loyalty Points & Voucher Usage Conditions

Grill Club game points are complimentary promotional credits. They do not constitute legal tender, hold zero cash surrender value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other accounts. Milestone vouchers unlocked through gameplay are valid solely on qualifying food orders meeting the specified minimum spend threshold (e.g. ₦8,500 minimum spend) and remain active for the stated validity window before automatic expiration.

7. Finality of Management Decisions

All decisions made by Merri's Grills management regarding game outcomes, score validity, points ledger audits, eligibility disputes, and membership status are final, binding, and conclusive.
