By accessing or placing food orders on Merri's Grills website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Food Ordering & Prep Times

Every meal at Merri's Grills is freshly prepared to order over open charcoal. Estimated preparation times (typically 20–35 minutes) are provided for guidance and may vary during peak hours.

3. Delivery Policy & Rider Handoff

Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses and reachable contact phone numbers. Dispatch riders will attempt contact upon arrival. Unclaimed orders after 15 minutes of rider arrival may incur return redelivery fees.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the site are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment must be confirmed via Paystack, Flutterwave, OPay, or validated Bank Transfer before order preparation begins.

5. Grill Club Loyalty Program

Grill Club reward points, birthday discounts, and promotional coupons are non-transferable and have no cash monetary value outside Merri's Grills platform redemptions.
